DESCRIPTION:This course is designed as an annual training event for residential building contractors and remodelers licensed by Minnesota State.  This 2025 session will provide seven (7) hours of Residential Contractor Continuing Education.  The seminar will meet MN DOLI criteria for one (1) energy hour and one (1) business hour.\n\n\n\nScheduled course topics include:\n\n	Minnesota 1300 Code Updates\n	Business Management:  Permits\, Inspections\, and Documentation\n	Decks\, Porches\, Accessory Buildings\n	Fastener Compatibility\n	Minnesota Energy Code:  Certificates of Compliance\, Online Tools\, REScheck Safety Glazing\n\n\n\n*The class roster of completed attendance will be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry to register CE credit in accordance with Qualified Builder licensing requirements.\n\n\n\n*Registration includes all course materials\, morning coffee\, and on-site lunch.
