Nanci Wilson describes herself as a Positive Change Agent.

In her career, she was led to speaking up and out by a lack of kindness. Her desire to change that led to being a keynote speaker at events where she displays vulnerability and humor in telling her story.

 

Best described as happily quirky, Nanci puts a humorous spin on what it means to be an employee and a leader in today's world. Take a personal journey with her as she opens up about being "totally Flawesome" and get's to the core of what it means to lead with heart and hustle.

 

Nanci has been married for 22 years this coming October and has one 13 year old son. (Insert silent scream here). In her career, you will find her in the credit union movement keeping her purpose constant by living out the CU philosophy of people helping people. 

She is a self proclaimed Disney nerd, with a knack for connecting with others.
